Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee project management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project management standards, workflows, and best practices across the agency
• Lead cross-functional delivery across strategy, creative, media, and account teams
• Oversee and optimize agency operations, processes, and tooling

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and operations experience within a marketing or creative agency
• Proven ability to lead integrated B2B marketing programs from planning through execution
• Deep, hands-on experience with Wrike, including administration, workflows, and reporting
• Experience building and improving scalable systems and processes
• Experience mentoring or leading others strongly preferred
