• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and identify opportunities for expanded support
• Supervise and mentor team members while contributing to internal initiatives and business development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, Business, Education, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in workforce development or government programs
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and project budget management
• Working knowledge of education and workforce policies and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management tools
