Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to manage implementations for strategic customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer implementations for the fundraising and events platform
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Identify and communicate project risks and scope changes during implementation

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Implementation and/or Project Management experience
• Proven experience successfully implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
• Client Management experience
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• Technical acumen
