Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the approved Phase 2 strategy into structured project plans with defined timelines and deliverables
• Partner with internal leaders and external stakeholders to assess readiness and align transition planning
• Serve as the central project lead for cross-functional coordination and maintain project tracking tools

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional project management initiatives in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of formal project management methods and governance frameworks
• Experience with process documentation and standard operating procedure development
• Ability to support business transformation through planning and stakeholder alignment
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet
