Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee operational aspects of planning, shipping, and reporting within the Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Run sprint ceremonies and manage ticket readiness for actionable work
• Maintain high-quality tickets with clear acceptance criteria and proper structuring
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies across teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a project manager, technical program manager, or scrum master in a software organization
• Comfortable in an engineering environment and able to follow technical discussions
• Strong focus on the craft of project management rather than the title
• Ability to propose and implement practical process improvements
• Experience in nonprofit tech, fundraising, or B2B SaaS for nonprofits is a plus
