Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II to support service implementation projects and lead successful end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate project documentation and escalate risks and issues as necessary
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth implementation experience

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project management or program coordination
• Ability to learn and understand OSV services and platforms
• Experience with project management tools
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and resolve issues
