Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager responsible for guiding clients through the development and execution of Operational and Business Excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen client capabilities to establish Business and Operational Excellence programs
• Serve as a strategic partner to client leadership, contributing to transformation roadmaps and strategy execution
• Coach leaders and teams on structured problem-solving methodologies and change management practices

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 9-15 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry or a related field
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, with extensive project experience
• Strong background in operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement systems
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder management
