Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead workforce initiatives and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full projects or portfolios, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client goals
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and identify opportunities for expanded support
• Oversee project budgets, staffing, and resource planning while managing project risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, Business, Education, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in registered apprenticeship or workforce development
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and experience managing project budgets
• Working knowledge of education and workforce policies, regulations, and program requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management tools
