Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager responsible for driving technology projects and programs from initial scoping through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern a portfolio of related projects, managing interdependencies and optimizing shared resources
• Lead the full project lifecycle for technology solutions, including design, implementation, and quality assurance
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience, or Associate's degree with 7+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of incentive industry knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional or project management context
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable PM platforms is a plus
• Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project management methodologies
