Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager who will oversee multiple projects and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects and project functions from initiation to completion
• Deliver projects within budget, scope, and timeline while managing risks and facilitating communication
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor other project managers

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or technical program coordination in an Agile environment
• Experience managing small to medium projects, including schedules and stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of resource forecasting, risk management, and delivery reporting
• Project management certification or related training in Agile, SAFe, or PMI disciplines
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe practices, such as PI planning and iterative delivery
