• Coordinate with appraisal teams and clients for inspections, communications, and report delivery
• Maintain client portal information and ensure timely collection of payments and invoices

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with job tracking and client management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in formatting and delivering reports to client specifications
