Job Summary

Project Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing real estate projects from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning and execution
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, schedules, and quality control measures
• Direct project delivery teams and track progress, reporting on status and variances

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management within the real estate sector
• Ability to define project delivery resources from internal teams
• Knowledge of project documentation governance and data integrity
• Proven ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Experience in coaching and guiding project teams
