Project Manager

Job Summary

Project Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing real estate projects from initiation to completion, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements, including scope, schedule, and risk identification
• Direct the project delivery team and track project progress, reporting status and variances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Construction Management, building management systems, and HVAC experience preferred
