Job Summary

Project Manager is a full-time position focused on driving cultural transformation, establishing governance, and facilitating business process changes within an award-winning consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transition management plans and manage communications for major initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and drive organizational transformation and culture change
• Monitor program execution, track progress, and enforce a customer-centric outlook

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent Program/Project Management and Change Management experience
• Experience in change management and organizational change management (OCM)
• Understanding of government contracting and experience supporting senior leaders
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance
• PMP certification is strongly preferred
