Job Summary

Project Manager leads the planning and execution of large-scale Salesforce CRM system integration projects remotely, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication in a direct-hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery management of Salesforce CRM integration projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and manage stakeholder expectations
• Oversee Agile/Waterfall methodologies, manage vendor deliverables, and facilitate data migration activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale IT projects, preferably with Salesforce CRM
• Experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions for federal or state agencies
• Strong expertise in enterprise project governance and software development lifecycle processes
• Experience working in regulated environments and managing remote teams
• Ability to effectively oversee vendor management and go-live deployments
