Job Summary

Project Manager, responsible for leading large-scale Salesforce CRM system integration projects remotely, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery management of Salesforce CRM integration projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and manage stakeholder expectations
• Oversee Agile/Waterfall methodologies, manage project risks, and facilitate data migration and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale IT projects, preferably with Salesforce CRM integrations
• Proven experience with Salesforce licensing, configuration, customization, and integration for federal or state agencies
• Strong expertise in enterprise project governance and managing software development lifecycle processes
• Experience in highly regulated environments and managing remote teams
• Ability to oversee vendor management, testing cycles, and go-live deployments effectively
