Job Summary

Project Manager, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects in a full-time remote capacity, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to closure while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes
• Maintain regular communication with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress
• Lead post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple, complex projects
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology environments preferred
