Job Summary

Project Manager, responsible for managing talent strategy and culture initiatives in a flexible, contract position in North Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to implement talent strategy plans and culture initiatives
• Develop processes for measuring employee engagement and organizational culture
• Lead project coordination for culture and engagement initiatives, including surveys and recognition programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project or operations management experience in a research or technical environment
• Experience managing talent, engagement, or culture initiatives
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive projects to completion
