Job Summary

Project Manager, responsible for delivering complex software projects end-to-end in a full-time remote role, managing client relationships, leading internal teams, and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship during the project build, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations
• Drive the internal team to deliver by sequencing work, unblocking developers, and holding team members accountable
• Keep all stakeholders aligned on project status, timelines, and quality across multiple concurrent projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience running software projects in an agency, consultancy, or similar client-facing environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to make decisive calls and manage difficult situations
• Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions in plain language
• Strong organizational instincts and ability to manage complexity across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Technical fluency to understand databases, APIs, and software architecture discussions without needing to code
