Job Summary

Leading large-scale Salesforce CRM system integration projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee project governance and delivery management for the NYS Office of Information Technology Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery management of Salesforce CRM integration projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
• Manage project risks, stakeholder communications, and compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects, preferably with Salesforce CRM integrations
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce licensing, configuration, and integration solutions for federal or state agencies
• Strong expertise in enterprise project governance and managing software development lifecycle processes
• Experience working in highly regulated environments and managing remote teams
• Ability to oversee vendor management and go-live deployments effectively
