Job Summary

Managing projects from initiation through delivery, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will serve as a trusted liaison for client engagements, mentor team members, and support process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Aligns project objectives with client needs and internal standards, ensuring successful project delivery
• Manages client expectations and resolves issues to support long-term success
• Implements process improvements and contributes to refining standard operating procedures

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in legal administration, paralegal, or settlement roles preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Experience mentoring or managing team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
