Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the full-time Project Manager will lead client engagements from kickoff through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end, utilizing agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies as needed
• Develop detailed project plans, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates aligned with SOW deliverables
• Build and maintain client trust through reliable delivery, effective communication, and proactive relationship management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience managing software or technology engagements with delivery teams of 5 or more
• CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred
• Strong scope management and change-order negotiation skills
