Job Summary
To oversee complex, high-priority system-level projects that align with organizational goals, the Project Manager - PMO will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional onsite commitments in southern Maine.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Drives all phases of implementation including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and transition/project closeout
- Utilizes project management tools and principles to achieve specified milestones while escalating barriers affecting the project timeline
- Anticipates and identifies issues and risks; develops solutions or alternatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum three years' project management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Working towards or has achieved Project Management Professional Certification; Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to write and present for various audiences
- Proficiency in project management tools preferred
