Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee complex, high-priority system-level projects that align with organizational goals, the Project Manager - PMO will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional onsite commitments in southern Maine.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Drives all phases of implementation including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and transition/project closeout
• Utilizes project management tools and principles to achieve specified milestones while escalating barriers affecting the project timeline
• Anticipates and identifies issues and risks; develops solutions or alternatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum three years' project management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Working towards or has achieved Project Management Professional Certification; Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to write and present for various audiences
• Proficiency in project management tools preferred
