Job Summary

Leading the deployment of a Talent Acquisition Tech stack, the contract Project Manager will manage project timelines and resources to enhance HR and recruiting workflows in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Talent Acquisition systems, including Workday
• Drive the design and integration of HR and recruiting technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in IT, particularly with HCM systems or ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of HR and recruiting principles and enterprise integration platforms
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, and Workday
• Familiarity with AI, Phenom, or Paradox is preferred
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
