Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the deployment of a Talent Acquisition Tech stack, the remote Project Manager will manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR and recruiting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Talent Acquisition systems, including Workday and related platforms
• Drive the design and delivery of a streamlined HR and recruiting technology landscape
• Support smaller Workday-related initiatives as needed

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations
• Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, and Workday
• Experience with AI, Phenom or Paradox preferred
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
