Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic Professional Services team, the remote Project Manager will oversee and coordinate technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction while working full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular meetings to provide updates and address concerns
• Lead project teams by providing direction and fostering a collaborative work environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience (4+ years) in IT project management, preferably in the Managed IT Services industry
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams across the full project lifecycle
• PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
• Previous experience managing projects for customers with up to 3,000 users across multiple locations
