Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing creative projects from kickoff to delivery, the full-time remote Project Manager will coordinate and execute projects using Asana, drive workflow efficiency, facilitate cross-functional communication, and ensure timely delivery of creative content.

Key responsibilities

• Own the coordination and execution of creative projects throughout the full project lifecycle
• Identify and remove operational barriers to enhance team productivity and streamline workflows
• Serve as a key point of coordination across internal and external teams to maintain alignment on project goals

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management within a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management tools, particularly Asana, along with Slack and Google Drive
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a track record of keeping workflows on track
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
