Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the planning and execution of commercial real estate projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards while serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction and renovation projects for corporate, commercial, and institutional clients
• Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines and budgets, and monitor progress throughout each phase of work
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5-7 years of project management experience in commercial construction or corporate real estate environments
• Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $5M+
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and relevant building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
