Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading and delivering complex construction projects from start to finish, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships while fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through project closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and proactively addressing needs and concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or construction management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project delivery processes
• Proficiency with project management software and technology tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project or similar)
