Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and launch of virtual care services, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of project management for virtual care services, ensuring timely and effective implementation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical operations and service line leaders, to achieve project goals
• Facilitate presentations and discussions with executive audiences to communicate project progress and outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Training in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP/PMI, Agile, Six Sigma)
• 3 years of experience managing projects and/or programs
• 2 years of experience implementing projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
• 2 years of experience in presentation and facilitation to executive audiences
