Job Summary

Supporting the Pacific Time Zone, the remote Contract Project Manager/Engineer will oversee multiple engineering and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment among teams and timely deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering and construction projects, maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones
• Communicate regularly with internal teams, external stakeholders, municipalities, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
• Drive accountability across all parties, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing engineering and construction projects
• Proven success in fast-paced, deadline-driven Project Management roles
• Experience in developing cost estimates and conducting print reviews for BART projects
• High digital fluency with experience using tools like Fireworks/Bidmaster, Sitetracker, and/or Netbuild
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through in project management tasks
