Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of large-scale Salesforce CRM system integration projects, the remote Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, serve as a liaison to stakeholders, and oversee compliance with project methodologies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the governance and delivery of Salesforce CRM integration projects for NYS Office of Information Technology Services
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
• Oversee project risks, vendor deliverables, and facilitate data migration and change management activities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects, preferably with Salesforce CRM integrations
• Proven experience in delivering complex Salesforce solutions for federal or state agencies
• Strong expertise in enterprise project governance and software development lifecycle processes
• Experience managing remote teams in highly regulated environments
• Ability to effectively oversee vendor management and testing cycles
