Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Project Manager to oversee project management from inception to completion, supporting program leads and senior leadership to align project goals with organizational objectives while managing scope, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through launch
• Define product and program requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, incorporating market trends into planning
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, adjusting schedules proactively to meet goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
• Three years of experience in program coordination or project management within healthcare or nonprofit environments
• Ability to translate contract terms into operational workflows and performance expectations
• Proficiency in database management and project management tools
• Experience in interdisciplinary and multi-institutional projects
