Job Summary

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Project Manager will guide schools through the successful launch of their websites, communication platforms, and mobile apps while building strong client relationships and providing consultative support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project experience by guiding schools and districts through implementations with clarity and confidence
• Serve as a key part of the client journey, ensuring support from kickoff through launch and beyond
• Drive project timelines and accountability by proactively managing milestones and identifying risks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role
• Certification(s) in project management is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and budgets
• Strong ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
• Understanding of website analytics and best practices for digital engagement
