Job Summary

Managing multiple concurrent projects, the full-time Tech Project Manager will oversee the entire project life cycle, ensuring compliance with governance processes, managing resources, and facilitating communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely invoicing and monitoring of receivables
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders, resolving issues in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• PMP Certification is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
