Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of the ESI.mil Development and Sustainment task order, the full-time Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and management while serving as the primary contact for Government stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical, cybersecurity, and agile development requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall task order leadership and management for ESI.mil website and CMS activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deliverables
• Lead agile programs and manage change activities, including planning sessions and backlog oversight

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex Federal IT or software development projects
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in agile development and cybersecurity environments
• Knowledge of project management best practices and agile delivery methods
• Familiarity with secure software development and Federal IT operating environments
• PMP certification preferred
