Job Summary

To lead operational readiness and network implementation efforts for a successful market launch, the full-time Project Manager will develop and manage operational readiness plans, coordinate network onboarding activities, and support user acceptance testing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the operational readiness plan across core functional areas including claims, eligibility, and network operations
• Lead readiness activities tied to network onboarding and ensure alignment with implementation milestones
• Coordinate operational participation in user acceptance testing and support post-launch stabilization efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5-8 years of project management experience in a health plan or payer services environment
• Demonstrated experience leading operational readiness for product launches or large-scale initiatives
• Hands-on experience coordinating or supporting user acceptance testing in a payer environment
• Strong understanding of health plan operations, including claims and eligibility
• PMP certification is strongly preferred
