Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects remotely on a full-time basis, ensuring successful implementation aligned with scope, budget, and timelines while serving as the main client contact and coordinating with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, adhering to project management best practices
• Build and manage detailed project plans based on customer requirements and partner inputs, ensuring alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Track project health, manage risks, and enforce accountability across internal stakeholders and external partner teams

Required qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of client service and Professional Services delivery models
• Experience with GSI ecosystems and partner-led delivery models preferred
• In-depth project management and technical experience
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
• Commercial awareness, including understanding of revenue and partner go-to-market dynamics
