Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity organization, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage client onboarding, oversee internal and client-facing projects, and enhance project management processes and tools for scalable delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a project lead for client onboarding and service implementation initiatives
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify inefficiencies in project delivery processes and design scalable solutions for improvement

Required qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship
• 3-7+ years of project management experience in an MSP, MSSP, or technology environment
• Experience building or improving project management processes and workflows
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource coordination, and risk management
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
