Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving execution within complex cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Project Manager will independently manage assigned workstreams, coordinate activities across stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage project workstreams and coordinate activities across stakeholders to drive execution against timelines
• Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, including workplans, risk logs, and status updates
• Facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment and manage stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in communications and/or change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and standard project coordination tools
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting M&A integration, business transformation, or system implementation initiatives is preferred
