Job Summary

As a full-time remote Project Manager on the Transformation team, the successful candidate will manage significant organizational changes by supporting senior managers with planning, documentation, and team coordination while driving efficiency and maintaining timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage transformation programs to achieve cross-functional objectives
• Provide leadership for the project team and ensure delivery against technical and operational requirements
• Assess risks, monitor progress, and coordinate resources across functions to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful project outcomes
• Strong communication and data presentation skills to influence diverse teams
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests effectively
• Experience as an effective change agent with innovative problem-solving capabilities
