Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional teams in a remote environment, the Project Manager will manage client deliverables, facilitate communication across departments, and develop comprehensive project plans while ensuring timely execution of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer interface by facilitating team meetings and managing action items
• Build strong communication channels with clients and internal departments, providing custom reporting and metrics management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and calendars for all project phases

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in contract compliance with AI tools
• 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiations and vendor relations
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and producing reports
• Strong communication skills, including managing vendor meetings and project documentation
• Proficiency with Google Apps and AI tools such as Gemini or Workbook LM is preferred
