Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning a high-volume portfolio of customer-facing projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will lead concurrent cross-functional projects from inception to completion, translating Statements of Work into actionable plans and serving as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Translate Statements of Work into detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Monitor project risks, handle scope adjustments, and track budget burn rates while ensuring quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment
• Proficient in project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar
• Strong skills in scoping, scheduling, and risk management
• Ability to create and execute project plans derived from Statements of Work
