Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Government Solutions team, the full-time Project Manager will oversee and manage projects related to the Emergency Call Tracking System (ECaTS), ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Motivate and facilitate communication among cross-functional project teams, resolving conflicts and providing support
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint and proficiency in MS Project required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
