Job Summary

Driving delivery across the full product portfolio, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage new product launches, significant updates, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for product launches and updates, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and coaching team members to achieve project objectives
• Oversee software development projects related to ecommerce systems, maintaining project tracking and translating technical updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience, applying PMBOK or equivalent methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and evaluate solutions
• Demonstrated initiative and flexibility in decision-making with minimal supervision
