Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to drive the commercialization of new products and optimize the existing portfolio while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the development and commercialization of products, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
• Conduct financial analysis to support product launches and lead presentations for go-forward decisions
• Manage product changes and liaise with Operations for seamless transitions, while identifying and mitigating project risks

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management or new product innovation at a CPG company
• Proven experience leading project teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions with incomplete information
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on giving and receiving actionable feedback
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with technical proficiency in project management software
