Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex strategic projects independently, the full-time remote AVP, Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with company goals while providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with business experts and delivery teams
• Lead large-scale multi-project efforts, providing regular updates to senior leaders on project status, risks, and next steps
• Champion the strategic portfolio management framework, tracking project metrics and facilitating prioritization discussions

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in Property/Casualty Insurance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Project Management certification strongly desired
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing portfolio dependencies
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Agile SAFe frameworks
