Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning a high-volume portfolio of customer-facing projects, the full-time temporary Project Manager will lead 25 to 50+ concurrent projects, translating Statements of Work into actionable plans while serving as the primary client contact in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and accountability
• Translate Statements of Work into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Monitor project risks and manage scope adjustments while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, and risk management
• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike or Asana
• Ability to create project plans from Statements of Work and manage through execution
