Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end SaaS onboarding and implementation journey, the hybrid Project Manager will lead structured onboarding projects for new subscribers, managing scope, timeline, and deliverables while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects, configuring and customizing the DMS platform to meet dealership needs
• Manage multiple implementation projects, maintaining accurate status updates and documentation
• Conduct data migration planning and verification to ensure seamless transitions for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience managing SaaS implementation or customer success projects in a B2B environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and project management tools like Salesforce or Jira
• Availability for periodic weekend and after-hours work during critical phases
