Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Project Manager will drive execution of strategic programs in the payfac and platforms stack, coordinating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving multiple services and stakeholders
• Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and developer experience teams to ensure high-quality outputs
• Manage expansion initiatives into new segments, aligning requirements, timelines, and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in payments or platform-based environments
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, and external partners
• Experience delivering API-based products and developer-facing content
• Strong understanding of platform architectures and service-based delivery models
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
